I find an escape through art providing me a great journey while painting what I enjoy and find interesting. I grew up in Arizona and loved painting ever since I was a child. I’ve had several family and friends inspire me throughout life. I’m a proud father of two fraternal twins named Matthew and Tyler, they paint along with me from time to time. They really enjoy expressing their colorful scenes created with such personality and charm. Also one of my greatest inspirations is my mother Suzette, who was also an artist in her earlier years. I sign some of my work with my mothers last name Brieré as a dedication to her since she has passed away. I’ve always love her style of work, her paintings are so peaceful and enlightening. Another great person in my life who help me start my journey through painting is my cousin Joyce. She has given me some of my earliest art lessons growing up as a child, her paintings flow with graceful beauty which I admire. She’s a good natured person who brightens up a room with her paintings.

My work is currently displayed at BeDazzled gallery, Biltmore Fashion Park, in Phoenix, AZ. I have also had my work featured in two issues of BeNoticed magazine in the Summer issue and Fall issue of 2008. I have high school, vocational and college training in art, attending Saguaro High, Metro Tech and Phoenix College in which my favorite teachers were Mr. Ihms and Laurie Blendu. They made a great impression in my life during those years. Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit about me, I’ve had a great time exploring life through painting.
